Conspec Silane 20 WB is a water based emulsion of silane that penetrates into concrete to provide long term weatherproofing protection. Conspec Silane 20 WB is a single component product that is ready-to-use, dilution prior to application is not required.

Conspec Silane 20 WB penetrates the substrate, and chemically reacts with, and bonds to, the concrete. The Conspec Silane 20 WB, becasue of its very small molecular size, can penetrate deeper into the substrate than conventional sealers and even deeper than a typical Siloxane sealer.

Conspec Silane 20 WB provides outstanding long term weatherproof protection for all types of concrete surfaces. Aside from its ability to "bead" water, it allows the substrate to "breathe" with its moisture vapor permeability.

Protects most types of structures:

• Cast-in-place concrete
• Precast and prestressed concrete
• Exposed aggregate concrete
• Stucco

Protects or inhibits:

• Moisture penetration
• Attack by deicing salts (chloride ions)
• Corrosion of steel reinforcements
• Attack by airborne industrial chemicals
• Spalling caused by freeze-thaw cycles
• Efflorescence
