Return Policy

- Products/parts may be subject to a 15% restocking charge.
- Some products have a limited return policy. Ask Nu Way Customer Service for details.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment except if over $200.00 then refund may be issued by check from Nu Way
- Shipping/handling charges are non-refundable.
- Proof of purchase is required with all returns.
- Electrical parts are non-returnable, non-refundable.
- Cut-to-Size materials are non-returnable, non-refundable.
- Custom/Special orders are non-returnable, non-refundable.
- Gas and diesel powered equipment cannot be returned via regular shipping methods once gas and/or oil has been added to the tanks. Customer will be charged regular mechanics labor rate to drain fuel and oil.
- If item is received damaged, notify Nu Way Customer Service within 24 hours of receipt of item.
- Exception of policy will be made if error in ordering is made by Nu Way
