Home Builders Association of St. Louis

The Home Builders Association of Greater St. Louis and Eastern Missouri began in 1934 when seven builders started the Builder's Guild. In the seventy-plus years since, the HBA has grown to over 1,100 members and is one of the most active local building industry associations in the country. The HBA is responsible for the geographic areas of St. Louis City and the Counties of St. Louis, St. Charles, Jefferson, Lincoln, Pike, Montgomery, Franklin, Warren, and Washington.
The Home Builders Association of Greater St. Louis and Eastern Missouri helps create a region that promotes and protects the viability of the building industry by serving it's members, who strive to meet the housing needs of all Americans.

The Southern Illinois Builders Association (SIBA) represents the contractors who perform the majority of all non-residential construction in the 39 counties of Southern Illinois. It's often said that SIBA members build "everything except private homes" but then some members do build houses.

Associated General Contractors of St. Louis

AGC of St. Louis is a member-driven organization of general contractors who construct commercial, governmental, and institutional buildings, as well as highways and bridges. Other members include specialty contractors and supplier/service providers. The AGC of St. Louis, with 450 members, is one of the 97 chapters of the Associated General Contractors of America.
