PAVECURE WW is a high solids wax and water based white pigmented concrete curing compound. When properly applied, PAVECURE WW forms a continuous membrane that controls curing for strong and durable concrete. The white pigment reflects the sun’s rays to help keep the concrete surface cooler and to prevent excessive heat build-up. PAVECURE WW meets maximum VOC content limits of 350 g/L for Concrete Curing Compounds as required by the U.S. EPA Architectural Coatings Rule. PAVECURE WW is ideal for application on exterior, horizontal surfaces such as highways, airports, street and curb paving applications when proper curing is required.

• PAVECURE WW meets V.O.C. emission requirements for curing and sealing compounds (EPA limit < 350g/L).
• Formulations available for specific States & CRD C 300 specifications.

Application:

Coverage: Ready to use. Do not dilute. Apply with a manual sprayer, power sprayer or paving train. Avoid puddles. Apply in accordance with recommended coverage rates.

Curing: 200 sq ft / gal

New Concrete: PAVECURE WW should be applied as soon as the surface water has disappeared and the concrete surface will not be marred by the walking applicator. At this point, apply in a uniform coat.

Clean Up:

Tools and equipment should be flushed and cleaned with water immediately after use. Use SpecChem Solvent 100 or a cleaning solvent for sprayers to remove cured or residual material
