SPECCITY WHITE is a wax based white pigmented concrete curing compound. When properly applied, SPECCITY WHITE forms a continuous membrane that controls curing for strong and durable concrete. The white pigment reflects the sun’s rays to help keep the concrete surface cooler and to prevent excessive heat build-up. SPECCITY WHITE meets maximum VOC content limits of 350 g/L for Concrete Curing Compounds as required by the U.S. EPA Architectural Coatings Rule. SPECCITY WHITE is ideal for application on exterior, horizontal surfaces such as street and curb paving applications when proper curing is required.

• SPECCITY WHITE meets V.O.C. emission requirements for curing and sealing compounds (EPA limit < 350g/L).

Application:

Coverage: Ready to use. Do not dilute. Apply with a manual sprayer or power sprayer. Avoid puddles. Apply in accordance with recommended coverage rates.

Curing: 200 sq ft / gal

New Concrete: SPECCITY WHITE should be applied as soon as the surface water has disappeared and the concrete surface will not be marred by the walking applicator. At this point, apply in a uniform coat.

Clean Up:

Tools and equipment should be flushed and cleaned with water immediately after use. Use SpecChem Solvent 100 or a cleaning solvent for sprayers to remove cured or residual material
