Description
A sealer-preservative for all types of surfaces, this product is an excellent saturant for composition roofing which has become excessively dry. It will also add years of service as it rustproofs metal, preserves wood, waterproofs stone or brick and rejuvenates composition surfaces. May be used to coat concrete foundations, above or below grade. Also may be used as a primer/tack coat and as a coating for fences and barns.

Application
Clean surface with brush or broom, removing all loose sediment and dirt. Nail down any loose parts. Repair any leaking or weak areas with JETCOAT Roof Cement and JETCOAT Reinforcing Fabric repair material. Then coat entire surface area with JETCOAT Non-Fibered Roof and Foundation Coating. Material may be brushed or sprayed using a minimum 500 psi airless sprayer. Porous surfaces may require two applications. Do not apply on any wet surface. Do not apply if rain is imminent within 24 hours of application. Clean tools with mineral spirits or kerosene in a well ventilated area immediately after use.
