MA-99 Soy-Pro Mastic Remover is a soy-based mastic remover designed for use on almost every mastic removal job. With almost no odor, our MA-99 Soy-Pro can be used in occupied buildings, and it has a flash point over 400 degrees! MA-99 Soy-Pro works quickly to remove mastic found under vinyl asbestos tile (VAT), vinyl composite tile (VCT), ceramic tile, and even on the really tough yellow or tan mastics used to glue down carpet. With a dwell time of about one hour on black mastic, this product does take a little longer to liquefy the mastic than our other petroleum-based mastic removers, but it does get the job done safely and environmentally friendly. Coverage ranges from 150 – 250 square feet per gallon! Compare to Bean-e-doo® and save!!!
