FORM RELEASE 7000 is a VOC compliant, chemical release for concrete forms that effectively prevents bonding of concrete to plastic, steel, aluminum, treated paper forms and plywood. Form Release 7000 should be used with all re-usable Greenstreak Form Liners.

Advantages

• Produces a smooth, unstained architectural concrete surface ready for curing compounds, sealers, mastics or paints when applied according to manufacturers instructions.
• Makes forms virtually self-cleaning; if sprayed daily, equipment can be cleaned in a minimal amount of time.
• Protects metal forms by chemically reacting and forming a rustproof film.
• Waterproofs mill oiled plywood forms to prevent the wicking of alkaline water from the concrete into the form, preventing the form from rotting out and raising the grain, thus doubling or tripling form life.

• Rough Sawn, Dimensional and Striated Plywood………800-1000 Sq. Ft./Gal.
• Two coats recommended for porous surfaces at 500 sq. ft. per gallon and 800 sq. ft. per gallon for subsequent pours.

• FORM RELEASE 7000 is a thin amber liquid consisting of organic chemicals that react with the concrete to prevent adhesion.
• Free of diesel or kerosene.
